The Noisy Classroom are delighted to welcome Charlie Barnett to the team as Senior Education Advisor. Charlie is the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Academic Progress at Wensleydale School. He came to debating through the PiXL Up for Debate Programme last year and his school reached the national finals at Eton. Charlie immediately saw the classroom potential of debate and has now embedded it into the pedagogical culture of the school. Over the summer Charlie represented the Noisy Classroom at a Pan-European debate conference in Bratislava and last week he spoke about debating at the PiXL Main meeting.
