Richard Stupart is placed at Clapton Girls Academy as our first resident Debate Educator

The Noisy Classroom have been working with Clapton Girls’ Academy for five years supporting their curricular and co-curriclar debate programmes with funding from Linklaters. This year we are stepping up our role as we place Noisy Classroom director of teaching and learning, Richard Stupart, into the school two days a week as resident Debate Educator. Our hope is that his regular presence will allow the school to further embed the culture of debate in the pedagogy of the school. Richard will co-teach and develop resources with faculties across the school and help build teachers’ confidence in using debate as a classroom tool. He will also run the after school junior and senior debate clubs, the Global Perspectives club and the school’s primary outreach debate league.

If you are interested in having a debate educator in your school, please email debbie@noisyclassroom for more details.
