Alison is desperate for the method, so her nephew is going to do a video tutorial as they can’t get together.
You’ve undoubtedly been cooking with your kids during lockdown, but why not ramp it up a level and make them the star of their own cooking show for a day? Let them choose a recipe(s) they’re familiar with, and video them as they talk you through all the steps! Are they a ‘Gordon’ or more of a ‘Nigella’? This is also a good way to sneak in some cunning STEM skills, such as weighing and measuring!
